By using artifinance.io or the ARIA sandbox at app.artifinance.io, you agree to these terms. If you're using the product on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

1. What this is, honestly

ARIA is an AI agent that drafts finance, HR, CRM, secretarial, tax, and legal work over one shared ledger, for a human to review and approve. The sandbox you sign into is a real, working product — not a mockup — but it is under active development. Specifically, today:

There is no live payment processing. Nothing you do in the sandbox results in a charge.
External ERP connectors (QuickBooks, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, NetSuite) are rolling out and are not yet live in the hosted product.
Every action ARIA drafts is held behind a maker-checker approval wall — it does not post to your books without a human approving it.

2. Your account and data

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping any access code or credentials you're given confidential. Your workspace data belongs to you; see our Privacy Notice for what we collect and how to request a copy or deletion.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the sandbox to store or process data you're not permitted to hold, to attempt to access another tenant's workspace, to abuse rate limits, or to feed it content that violates law or a third party's rights. We can suspend a workspace that we reasonably believe is doing any of this.

4. No professional advice

ARIA drafts entries, filings, and analysis and cites the standard or section it relied on — it is a drafting and review tool, not a substitute for a licensed accountant, tax preparer, company secretary, or lawyer. Nothing posts without your (or your team's) approval, and you remain responsible for what you approve. Prepared returns and filings are not submitted to any authority by the product — that step is yours or your advisor's.

5. Availability

This is an early-stage product running on a single Cloud Run instance. We aim for it to be reliable, but we don't yet offer a formal uptime SLA, and a redeploy can briefly interrupt service. We're honest about this rather than promising more than the current architecture delivers.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
